The Carlos Vega Memorial Drum Scholorship & Drum-Off
The Carlos Vega Memorial Drum Scholorship has been established as a way to benefit young upcoming drummers and keep the memory of this great Los Angeles talent alive in the world of music and drumming.
Each year, we have a Drum Competition of the finest drummers attending the Musician's Institute PIT program. The winner will receive a grant towards his tuition from the proceeds of the previous year's concert, which will be matched by MI.
